How to make your own Bokeh Wallpaper using Photoshop CC

So.. we gonna make something looks like this
I am using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018
At first we should define a brush for our use
So :
Part One : Designing the brush
Step 1 -
Make a 1000x1000 Document

Note : i myself don't like the art board group thing so i always
remove it .. it wont affect any thing so u feel free to keep it
Step 2 -
Select Ellipse Shape tool
Step 3 -
To make a good circle hold shift while draging from
the top right corner all the way to the bottom left corner
(or the opposite - Top left to Bottom right)
Note - if u get 2 pink lines crossing each other on the circle
this means its perfect
Now u should have got something similar
Step 4 -
Now Change the Circle color to Black
Add a Stroke and make it black
and make sure that the stroke width is 20px
and set the align option from stroke options menu
to the first option
so your settings should look like this

Step 5 - Set the layer fill to around 50%

We are Almost done
Step 6 - From Edit menu Chose Define Brush Preset
So we can define the layer as a brush

It gonna ask you to name the new brush preset
so just name it any thing
And we are done from the Design of our brush

The Video Tutorial for this part

Part Two : Randomizing the brush
So now we have the brush .. but its still not ready to be used
we should start editing its settings
Step 1 -
Select Brush tool then use the brush we just made

Step 2 - Open brush settings menu
there is two ways to open it
the easiest way is just pressing f5

as you can see this menu used to edit how will your brush function

Now Step 2 -
Set the Spacing to about 170%

Step 3 -
Enter Shape Dynamics Section
Note - make sure that you are pressing on the name not the check box
( yeb .. i was so stupid to do this before to end up googling this )
Then Set Size jitter to 100%
and Minimum Diameter to around 50%
--
Note
We are not changing Angle Jitter since its a circle .. but if you
want to try using any other shape maybe raising it a bit will
make your brush cool

Step 4 -
From Scattering Section
 Check Both Axis Check box
And Raise Scatter to its maximum value 1000%
Set the 2 Control drop menus to Fade
With the one on the top with the value of 5
and the one on the bottom with the value of 1
Set count to 3
And Count jitter to about 30%

Step 5 -
Transfer Section
Set Opacity Jitter to 100%
and Flow Jitter to about 50%

Now Press the icon on the bottom left
to save our settings ..
Name it whatever you like
after this you feel free to delete the Brush without settings edited
We are done from this document
Video Tutorial For This Part
Part 3 - The BG
you can now close it and make a new one
with the size of
1920 x 1080
We will use it for our main design

Step 2  -
Select gradient tool
Open gradient editor
and we gonna here make a new gradient for the BG
we will use 3 stops
one on the corners with black
and the other two gonna be something from our choise
but you must make sure that the middle stop have a color lighter then the third color
i my self
made it like this

Here is the color codes in case u wanna use mine

Right - 33191b
Middle - 4f1411
Left - 000000

Step 3 -
Drag from the top left area that's out of the image
all the way to the bottom right
and make sure that the black area is not that big
IE.

We are almost done with the BG
we now want to add some sort of fog so that it gives a good effect
on the Bg
you can Search google
for a Fog Textures of your liking
i am using this one

you can get it with full quality Here
(by the way i am not sure if the fog texture it self have some sort of copyright since its some sort of thumbnails on videoblocks site and i am giving them all its copyright and in case they have any problems with it i am ready the edit the whole tutorial to just change it)
Just right click it then click save image as to download it
Make a new layer then drag this texture into it
Change its Blending option to be overlay

now we have some sort of cool effects on our Design

But i still feel its lacking a bit
Lets use a Filter
Field blur gonna be good
In case you cant find it go to
preferences > plug-ins
and check
Show all filters gallery groups and names

(The Highlighted Option)
now lets get to our filters menu
Field Blur is in
Blur Gallery Section
and Set blur to be around 100px
Then press ok

Tadaaa
i my self like this BG
you can play a bit more with filters to make it your liking
Note - i recommend Grouping the Bg Layers

And with the final part
make a new layer
select brush tool and select our randomized baubles brush
we just made
set its size to about 450px
set your foreground color to white
and click randomly until u have some baubles on your image

here we are with our first layer
now make a new layer
change the size to around 250
then put a bit more baubles

a new layer
set size to about 700
then put few clicks to just get the least bit of huge baubles
Nice
if u want set the opacity of the first baubles layer to 50%
And
Finally Set the Blending Option of the Three Layers to overlay
And

Here we are Done
Here is the Video Tutorial for the last 2 parts

any way sorry if this tutorial lacking a bit
but its my first time making one
and at the moment i am searching for a way to record a video tutorial*done .. recording it*
for ya guys
have fun with your wallpaper
